As a full service event planner, I take the burden off your volunteer and administrative staff and handle all the details for your non-profit fundraising events. I consult with you and your association's organizing comittee to determine the objectives and requirements for your events, and bring 20+ years of experience and ideas to the table.
The following are just some of the things I can handle for you:
• Find the right location for your event and coordinate details with the event site
• Develop a theme that is appropriate for your event
• Arrange for catering, entertainment, security
• Recruit sponsors and suppliers to donate food, drink and services
• Establish and monitor budgets so your event bring in the most money for your cause
• Evaluate and select service providers according to your requirements
• Negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers (hotels,
conventions centers, speakers, entertainers.)
• Find appropriate accomodations and transportation for out-of-town participants
• Coordinate display creation, signage, printing, logo merchandise, audio-visual equipment
• Hire, train and supervise volunteers and support staff required for events
• Make sure your event is in compliance with local regulations and laws
